Shipping policy

Delivery area

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, including P.O. boxes within this delivery area. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or destinations outside the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free for the U.S. destinations we serve. The shipping charge is $0.00 USD, with no minimum order amount.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. After processing, carrier transit takes 2–4 business days. Estimated total delivery time, including processing and transit, is 3–7 business days.

Processing and delivery business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Weekends and applicable holidays do not count toward these estimates.

Daily order cutoff

Our cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Central Time (America/Chicago) on a processing day. Orders received before the cutoff enter that day's processing queue. Orders received at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on applicable holidays enter the queue on the next processing day.

Delayed or unfulfilled orders

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will notify you before that time expires. We will give you a revised shipment date when available and the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. If you do not agree to wait, or we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel the unshipped order or items and promptly refund the amount paid for them.
