Refund policy

30-day ordinary returns

You may return an eligible item by mailing it back within 30 calendar days after you receive it. For an ordinary return, the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it.

Email info@mexistylocicero.com with your order details and the items you wish to return so that we can provide return instructions. Send eligible ordinary returns within the 30-day period.

Mail returns only

We accept returns by mail. We do not accept customer drop-offs or returns at the physical store.

Labels and return postage

For an ordinary return, you purchase the return postage and pay the return shipping cost. We do not provide a free ordinary-return label or reimburse ordinary-return postage.

If an item is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us so that we can arrange a remedy. Mexi-Stylo pays the necessary, reasonable return shipping cost for these cases. The ordinary-return postage rule does not apply to them.

Fees

We charge no restocking fee, return-handling fee or additional refund fee. These fees are $0.00 USD.

Refund processing

After we receive an eligible return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds; the 14-day period is our processing deadline, not a guaranteed bank-arrival date.

Refunds for an order that we cannot ship, or that you cancel because you do not agree to a shipment delay, are handled promptly under our Shipping Policy. They are not held until an ordinary return is received.

Exchanges

We do not offer voluntary exchanges. You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a separate order. Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are handled separately as described above.
